First, the loop is recorded. It consists of a rhythmic bass figure and a snare drum. Then, the loop is transposed down a couple of octaves, and the pedals are set up to control its pitch. The lower manual controls an arpeggiated narrow pulse wave. The upper manual controls an arpeggiated square wave, at one point replaced with a triangle wave. At the end, a switch is pressed which initiates the fadeout.
